I have both cam oil seals leaking. After running it in at 3k revs tehre were two pools of oil, not hug, but noticeable, on the floor. I've done an oil change and just dont have the time to sort this out this week. If I top it up each short journey, you think it will be ok till the weekend?

On the plus side, my car is sounding minty fresh again. No more tappets or weird scooby sounding misfires...

My grannies been ill and I really need the car to get to there but with work there is simply no time to replace/re-seat the seals till the weekend and even then I doubt I can be arsed!

Leak seems to have stopped...weird. I'll give it some death and see if it comes back.

if its been leaking from the cam seals it would be worth taking the top mount/pulley cover off to make sure the belt isnt covered!

I am going to take it eas this week and check at the weekend.

I've done about 50 miles in her since yesterday and still the leak seems to have stopped...I am thinking it may not have been a leak, just residual oil, or the seals have somehow been putshed in place from the cams rotating...
