hole should have a plastic blanking plate in it, but wouldnt worry if its missing

engine will be breathing heavy, hence oil in t/b, again wouldnt worry unless after u use it for a bit you notice blue smoke in the exhaust gases

First, looks like oil vapour been drawn in from one of those rubber pipes underneath. Cause your engine hasnt been run for a while abit of back pressure oil vapour etc has come thru.

the other thing .......should your electric water pump be there? :?

col mate, the lecci aux water pump is fastened to inside of the chassis rail, can see it on bottom of that pic, there should just be a little plastic blanking plate in that hole

Nothing to worry about there tbh. Oil cooler coolant pipes look a bit manky though...
