don't know about the buzzing :? but the power steering fluid leaking is a common problem
I'll solve that problem on mine by going manual steering

is there a way to stop the leaking?? i know you cant block the breather hole, but has anyone put a small elbow and some small hose on it to direct it down to the ground??

bendee & some other folk have made a catch tank for the fluid

This has been done, yes.
Bendee had a catch bottle, and I have seen one where it is simply a pipe that goes to ground.

buzzing could be aux belt catchng on fuel lines/fuel line carrier as if it pops loose from the cam cover, it can fall onto the aux belt, check asap
