I think mine is a bit rusty. No leaks. Is it worth replacing? Is so what sort of cost and what part do i need?

tbh i wouldnt touch it if isnt leaking mate could always just give a flat down and coat of spray to tidy it up
how many ppl see that lol!

Is it easy to change Gibbo? Think this is where my slight gearbox oil leak is coming from.

Nick Hill said the same as Richy. Its a thick plate, and difficult to reseal once off. Leave it alone, it wont rust through. Just surface rust.
