View Full Version : Re-fitting a Standard Airbox

The Williams I recently bought is fitted with a K&N induction kit. Tried today to fit a standard air box (which I assume is the correct one, but was bought off the net) and it doesn't fit the mountings!!
See the pictures below.
Am I missing a part that adapts the oval hole on the throttle body to the round hole on the back off the air box? Or do I have the wrong bits!!!
Any help greatly appreciated :)

looks like the airbox off a megane f7r mate not a clio, they have the single round throttle body, unlike a clio which has the ovaled twin butterfly!

Thanks for that, looks like I will have to find another one!!!!
Gutted though as bought it from someone breaking a Williams, but it looks like he was breaking a Megane too!
Lets see what he says.............
