Few pics while we still have both - really am gonna have to clean the '172' it's not been cleaned since we got it and thats not like me at all!

You can just see next doors 182 - had a good nosey around that before deciding I preffered the 172's!

172's alloys are going dark! not sure how dark yet - do you think he'd notice if I pinched his front splitter and spoiler?

Rover Gunmetal Grey looks pretty good on the standard 172 wheels.

looks nice on that. Just a cup spoiler or maybe a v6 spoiler and splitter and it would look lovely!

Aye plan is front spiltter, a spoiler whenever I see one up for sale thats not a stupendously ridiculous amount!

And leave it at that - can't afford to be spending any money on this at the moment hence the willy going - as much as I love the thing I'd love my own house more.

The spoilers go for silly money. Keep and eye out at scrap yards for them.

There isn't much point spending silly amounts on the 172's are they are really good out the box! I found some decent tyres, uprated brakes and it was a really rewarding drive! :D

Oh and when the standard exhaust falls off, K-Tec stealth exhaust is a really decent system.

never liked the std 172 wheels, they look identical to the sets you can get on the 1.2 etc

I really like the standard wheels actually.

I think the additional couple of inches makes a massive difference.
