Should do

The guy who done mine didn't use the whole thing, he just chopped all the crap + a bit more away then chopped & welded the new one accordingly

Ok, so it would mean chopping it up a bit I guess. I'll see what I can do.

Cheers!

it wont fit as its totally differant.

Ive done sills before and tbh i would always use a sheet of steel and make my own rather than trying to get a 1.2 to fit.

The williams arch flairs out - the 1.2 doesnt

HOWEVER - if your doing the sills from the back of the door forwards a 1.2 arch is ideal!

A body shop will be able to sort yours but it will get worse once u start digging.....really worse lol

so what comes attached to the sill then? I'd have thought it wouldnt make a difference whether the car had flared arches or not??

Don't the arches only flare out from the sill, not the sill itself that's flared?

no the sill flairs out from the door back

I've noticed you're posting a bit more regularly again Northy :)

Sadly, it's just the rear sill that needed doing. I have had it patch welded now, and tbh it's a good job and you can't really see it. I will leave it as is until I think about having the arches done, there's about 5mm of rust starting to come through now.
