starter motor fault [Archive]

engine in, turned key and a loud clicking noise.. battery was fully charged, tried another battery still a loud click. all earths + extra earths in place. starter motor solenoid hit with hammer, still to no avail...

anyone any ideas... or do you agree with me the starter is ****ed...lol
has been sat in my yard for 3 months and someone elses fora while....
was annoying as the engine was all in in ready to start

aye sounds like a fooked starter to me

fly wheel is fine as it turns when i move wheels.im not bumping it as i dont have enough room..
starter is £70 exchange.. so i'll get it ordered today.
