cant set my alarm!!!

i charged my batery the ova day and now the alarm isnt set, iv turned the key to the on position on the alarm box but it just keeps goin off, when i try 2 disarm it using the key fob nuthin happens! iv tryd both key fobs and changed the batery in them but still no luck :cry:

my alarm is a cobra alarm system....any 1 else had any problems like this with there alarm or dus any 1 kno how 2 fix it?!?!?!?!

Try to disconnect the battery and leave it for a while then reconnect it.

there is a battery back up in the alarm mate...turn the alarm off, then disconnect the battery, reconnect an turn on.

They are prone to faults these alarms....

let us know mate! i had probs with my cobra alarm as well! started going off for no reason! the problem in the end was the car battery itself! so bought a new one and problem fixed!

i havnt got round 2 tryin it yet, but thanks for the tip off about the batery! my baterys been playin up like a little kid! lol so it might b tha!
