Anyone know the latest price for Williams Front springs from Renault.
Car has just failed Mot for a broken front spring :evil: .

not sure on prices mate, but dont forget that 172(not cup) springs are the same part!!!

£80 + VAT each is what I was quoted.

if you buy them, you have to buy and replace both of them, not just one.

Cheers guys. I know the 172 springs are the same and I have to replace as a pair. My present springs came off a 172 from a Renault scrappy in Accy but have only lasted about 2 years so going to go for new this time.
The roads round Burnley are really rough at the moment, maybe I should put a claim in against the local council, with a photo of the worst potholes that I can find.
Are the springs Williams/172 specific and has anyone managed to source any from anywhere other than Renault, I wan't to retain std ride height.

valver springs are also the same as willy and 172 ones btw.
