Im having my Gripper diff fitted into a JC5 box im having refurbed but have been told you need to shorten the left hand drive shaft 10mm ?

Anyone heard of this, dont know if you know Cliorod think you you had a gripper?

If so i need a mint Williams passenger side drive shaft to send away for modification..!!

I never ran a Gripper diff always run the ZF style :lol: :wink:

However I got one sourced for my mate :oops: :oops: ,I am not so sure,but I think it was in a JB5 box,and he ran a 16v passenger shaft ~ I am not 100% but you could borrow one and compare the length.

there 16 mm shorter...but i'm not running a shorter one on the valver

Yeah, i was told to run a 16v shaft instead of a williams one.
