And a couple of pictures from the phone after taking the cover off the Williams. Should be back on the road within a couple of weeks. Will be nice to use it again as it hasn't been on the road since september 2007.

Wow mate, the Audi is spotless!!! Great job :) I'll have to come and drive it about and make it all messy for you :D

Dude, the Williams. Off the road since 2007? Have a word mate! You have a garage lol. I've virtually rebuilt my valver and half rebuilt the Williams on my street in the rain in that time lol. Looks good though :)

Both cars look awesome buddy and thats my ideal combo, would love williams for weekend and S3 for everyday! Whats it like, speed/handling/feel/reliability etc?

Cheers guys, I have had it a couple of weeks now, really enjoying it.

Dan(Wobba) you are more than welcome to come and drive it anytime, just give me a shout 8)

Speed- Its 260bhp so its not slow. Pulls really well through all the gears and really pins down off the line. I am going to take it to the 'ring in April so will report back then. I'm pretty sure its good for 155mph.

Handling- Really good, loads of grip through the 4 wheel drive, tyres are good so I think that helps it out a lot. I have caught the R888 bug after having them on my 172, so some of those may be in the pipeline.

Feel- Well....its heavy, it does feel heavy but its also nimble too, obviously not as nimble as the williams is though. The one major thing for me is the build quality. It feels so well built and rattles are a thing of the past 8)

Reliability- It hasn't broken yet....

Sounds like an absolute peach buddy, definatly interested in owning one in the future. How is it on fuel?

Also are the R888 tires quite stiff and firm, would you recommend using them on the williams as an everyday car?

Cheers

I get 26mpg as an average, not too bad really. Can get 30mpg on a motorway run, but I tend to use my bike as much as possible to go to work on as its cheaper on fuel.

The R888s are really good. I used to use them everyday on my 172 and they seemed to last for ages. I did about 8,000 miles on them, drove to Germany and back on them, 25 brisk 'ring laps, a track day at oulton park and they still are road legal. 8) They are really good in the wet too once they have some heat in them.
