its been used for around 7 months in my car, and always been in a case. and is mint, i have never had any problems with it.
it still has the protective screen on it. i cut the bottom part off around the button to make pressing it easier. could be replaced to make it look a bit more attractive but it is mint.
i have jailbroken it so it comes with installer software and some games. it currently has around 9 gb of music on it. varying from rap/r'n'b to blue and rock all albums and very well organised
it doesnt come with the box or any cables though as it was lost during a house move. you can have the headphones if wanted, they are not apple headphones tho.
