Blanking plate next to fog light - removal?

how do you remove this plate, when i eventually get a day off and some time id like to move the airbox cold air feed to there

just has a circular clip in top and bottom.. pushes out with human force

Brute force and ignorance :D Push really hard untill it comes out

remove the splash guard under the bumper and u will see some star washers attached to the rear of the blanking plate. 4 in total.

get a small screw driver and leaver the legs open, then pull off with plyers.

If u dont remove the clip grips they cut into the mounting boss's and the blanking plate will never fit as per original again.
