Hi all, thinking of changing the std 15inch wheels for bigger 17inch still in gold and same style of wheel. Does anyone have any pics of such a wheel was going to go for 215 wide, seen the prima wheels and they look nice i like the look of the wheel filling the arch and it makes the car look lower without lowering it

putting 17's on will hinder the handling of the car mate!

Big time, and rub on the arches over every little bump

I had 17's on my old valver years back and it did not rub at all, the only time it would rub was on full lock on the inner arch.

the williams has wider front track so more chances of it scrubbing the fronts

Should have stuck with a valver then - ruin a williams if you will - the less there are the more mines worth

theres a few things to consider really..

first tyre size should be running 205/40 17's tyres as these are within 1.93 percent...

or 215/35 17's as these are 0.38 smaller overall..

if you are then you need to be running an et 36 or et 40 offset ..if you not spacers might help...

Be aware that it can rub on the fuel hose on the r/o/s arch.

Nooo!

I had a set of them once and the spokes stick out too much.

On the 17"s it looks ok but the 16s look like something off a roman chariot!
