you will need to remove the unit and make new brake lines up, but you will also need a non-abs master cylinder as they are different, its dead easy to get rid of the abs wiring as the loom plugs in at both the abs unit and under the dash on left hand side(drivers side to you if yours is a left hooker) you can leave all the abs sensors in if you wish and abs rings, womt make any difference with them in.

richy, are you sure about needing a non-abs master cylinder?

i removed mine and still use the same master cyl, its just that two of the ports were blocked, so just removed them and plumbed new brake pipes in.

have i made a mistake?

Nope, you must have had a replacement master cylinder at some point.

Std reno abs has 2 ports, non abs has 4

as lunner put, the std one only has 2 ports on abs master cyl, non abs being miles cheaper has 4ports.
