Radio keeps clicking with the revs of the engine

Hi all, iv got this annoying clicking that is directly connected to engine revs, the radio has the black box on it to stop it but it still clicks :evil: :roll: Im now thinking it may be the HT leads or dizzy cap? What you think? Anyone else have this prob? :cry:
