Fuel tanks - Ph1 vs Ph2

Are these interchangable - do they have the same vents / wiring / mounting points ?

Is the later combined sender / pump housing tank less suseptible to surge ???

Steve, the phase 2 tank must be better for surge I think as I have seen lots of people with phase 1 tanks complaining of this problem whereas I raced/hillclimbed mine with the fuel light on most of the time and never had any surge issues. Might be different with the increased grip of slicks though - I was running MSA list 1A (road) tyres only.
