Is this all standard?

Only reason i ask is because the engine had a piper cams cambelt and a very new head gasket on. Everything just seems so very clean on the engine. The inlet ports are extremally clean and theres no oil staining on the head

thing is even the standard cams get re ground so without checking the ends etc..measuring lift...its a little impossible to tell..
