they do improve bhp mate....i recon 3 - 4bhp is about right for one. Mine was noticable in 3rd deffo.

Might do a gibbo and just paint a standard fanimold / downpipe wi hammerite.

I reakon a valver manifold on a Williams would be an improvement.

yeah ive heard that to. from what i remember of my old valver the manifold looked like it had bigger/wider pipes.
