I thread locked mine in. I bought them out in Hong Kong and coincidentally am going out there again shortly. If you can wait about 3 weeks I can get you a very good price on studs and nuts with Clio fitment.

Rob :~ easiest way to tighten studs into anything ~~
!) Get two nuts put them on the stud.
2) Using two spanners, tighten them up to each other.
3) Screw the stud into the hub, having coated the thread with "loctite" "stud lock" etc.
4) When the plain bit of the Stud, touches the face of the hub, just a little nip and hey presto, nicely tightened.
5) Using two spanners, undo the two nuts and remove from the stud.
6 )Let the "loctite " or whatever set before using
I hope this is clear enough.I have done this since an apprentice (1968)  and never had any problems

can tighten them in and weld them solid from the back but then the hubs scrap if you damage any..

ok on a rally car but a pain on a road car...just use a good stud lock..
