Guys - need your help.
Used the search function but no answer to my problem.

Fuel pump does not prime........
Fuel level does not work.
No power at the connector @ pump.

AFAIK theres two relays for the fuel pump.

Found one of them (K20 I). The one that feeds power to the other (K20 II)through a 20A fuse and also the injectors.
I've got power through the fuse - i've got power to the injectors when turning the key.
The second relay also powers the fuel level which does not work.

Where is the second relay located - what does it look like?
I guess its nothing like a standard relay?

The second relay also powers the fuel level which does not work.

Where is this relay (in the box under the bonnet on the pass side ?) would it account for why my fuel gauge doesnt work ?

This sort of confuses me......... aarrgghh...! :?:

Pump still does not prime.
Car does start though - with a little help from pressing the throttle and being parked inside all day.
As its getting colder my guess is the cold start enrichment is not properly set up om my stand alone ECU. Thus having trouble starting cold. No problem when warm.

Looking at the schematics of the wiring - the second relay is only important whan transferring fuel from aux tank to main tank. When started first relay is always switched.

Second relay still not found - definately not with the other relays in the engine bay...... confused! :?

I think.... :-)

Must fix the ECU map....
