Willy wont go !!! Starting problems oil on spark plug?

Cant get my williams to start. it has been off the road for 2 months and now wont start? i tried replacing the spark plugs today and found oil? on one of the plugs, anyone have any ideas dont know what to do just cant get it to start

check your leads, probably just some oil dripping in from a leaking rocker cover gasket....

also clean and check your plugs.... does it have an immobiliser? and battery issues?

Had problems with both! Have recently changed the rocker gasket will have to re-check, cheers Gary
