injector seals

On rebuilding my engine i thought it would be a good idea to change the rubber o rings round the injectors.

This is usually common practice if they have been removed but asking renault and other motor factors they are not available

What does anyone else do just use the originals? Is there a chance they will leak?

you should be able to get the seals from any Bosch agent, they are not available from Renault on their own

Aye they are bosch items. Easily damaged when you put em back in sometimes, as they have tendency to pop out and you end up forcing em in and pushing em in too far and can damage the o-ring.

i didnt know they were bosch. Is it a bosch injection system then? how do i get through to them and get the seals?

Just look up Bosch outlets on teh Interweb.

if they look in good nick mate, just vaseline them and re-use

one of mine chipped, so i silicone sealed it back together, was still going when i sold the car :lol:

no it just runs bosch injectors like millions of other cars
