F7R Engine

Can anyone tell me if the alternator from a F7R Megane is the same as for a williams 2?

The mounting lugs are the same, it will physically fit, however the wires need altering if i remember correctly

Dave. Thanks for info, will have to find proper part as don't mind changing alternator but not chopping the wiring about. Ken
