Which main bearing???

when i stripped it down the MAIN caps have the bearing on the left fitted to them but {with the oil feed hole} i seem to get the feeling they should be the other way round????? with the smooth bearing in the cap and the one with the oil feed holes in the block. which one goes where please.

iirc its grooved one to the cap as that feeds the oil up and into the bearing?

wiered cause its the other way round as i'v taken it apart. must of been put together wrong last time Glad i asked now though :shock: .
