Sorry to be a pain but is there a guide to donig this job on the site which tells me what all the tourque settings of the bolts should be.

dont think there is but a haynes manual should tell you everything you need

i do not have a manual sadley.

what you want to know mate

camshaft bearing caps 8mm bolts 24nm
6mm bolts 10nm
camshaft sprocket 50nm

valve cover 3 to 6 nm

larger then smaller
