How much would I be looking at for some brackets to be made?

They're not very big, kinda like the ktec extension brakcets for the 285 kit they sell.

depends if your gonna want them cut on a CNC machine, personally id get the old trusty file out, and if your really anal, the engineers blue to get em bob on.

diy £10 and some elbow grease
CNC £50-100 theres alot of setup in involved in the cnc i think plus the metal then you got vat.

i think tony 16v was selling some at one point for £65 and im sure he had a few sets made up due to the group buy.

let us know what you got planned brakes wise as there could be potential for a group buy of these cuse in the near future brakes are on my hit list.

yeah it all depends on how many you have made in one hit....

its the programming and setup costs that cost the most, but once thats done it shouldn't cost too much....

the other thing is finding a company that will do it... loads of places arent interested if you only have 10 or 20 made....

also remember that with the K-Tec kit you need the lower spec caliper carriers if you've got a 16v or williams...

let me know how you get on....

cheer Tony.
