hi,
ive just bought a willy 1 no 343 but it has been lowered but about 30 mil and i want it back to normal height does anybody know how i will know when the torsion bar is at standard height when adjusting it?

i've heard its just a case of measuring from a point on the bar to the top of the wheelarch and making the gap a further 30mm bigger.

yes but it is low atm and i want it higher so it is back to standard so i could do with somebody giving me some sort of measurement so that i know it is at the right height because im not 100%sure by how much it has been lowered and it needs to be the right height really. but thanks for your help anyway :)

contact user daz off here,think his is standard,might be worth askin who did it also as its quite difficult to raise due to the bar being under load to lift rather than taking pressure off to lower.

his was lowered so he'll know how to work it out.
