I just want to double check something. I'd just want to know if there are any problems if you try to change lifters with engine in the car. I'd do it like this:

- loosen up cambelt tensioner
- unscrew cam cover
- unscrew that piece of metal that holds cam in the head (don't know how it's called in engish)
- remove cam
- replace lifters
- refit everything back as it was
- make sure that engine timing is ok

So any problems in the process?

Cheers

might be worth locking the crank though to make it easier to put back together

Just another thing... What are you using to lock the crank. Because I've heard the pin has to be exactly the right length?

Prime the lifters before you put them in too
