just got pulled over for roadside mot spot check and passed everything including the emission with a de-cat on :D good job they only did an idle emissions test i reckon though :lol:
also fitted my fire extinguisher into my car after seeing bayliss's mishap so its been a good day!

no surprisingly they were on wooley wood bottom on the way into wincobank! threw me as well seen as they normally are on penistone road at the side of the gatso!

What would happen if you failed an emission test on a road side spot check??

i'm sure gibbo will correct me if i'm wrong but if you fail you get a producer type thing that gives you so long to get your emissions down to a satisfactory level which has to be signed by am MOT garage, if its that ad they have the right to confiscate your vehicle and make you pay to have it towed to an MOT station if the emissions are that high
