carbon canister again

hi all

i removed this today and was unsure what to do with the pipes, i did a search but some say block pipes up some say leave them open.

ive traced one of the pipes upto the fuel filler neck

do i just block this up with a bolt?

also the other tube. the bottom right hand corner is the pipe i removed from the canister, theres another pipe just left there what do i do with these 2?

I blocked mine with a bolt, after i kept getting airlocks in the tank, I just put the canister back on for now
