how do i fit this fuel pump to my old pump.. mine has a big ass housin around it. how does it come apart?


also will this work on mine? standard clio 16v phase 1

yeah thats the one i fitted in my ph1 you need to wind the old one out of the tank then fit that into the original housing,you will either need to make a tool or buy one to wind the pump housing out

drill out the pop rivet
unclip the lower case and remove
remove old filter
unclip the pump and remove


some kits come with new wiring to convert your pump. Make sure u get the right one as there are loads out there.

Phase one is very tricky!!!

its a big one - thats the only bit that isnt supplied in the kit. u will need to source a rivet and a gun to fit it

or you can just drill a hole and put a bolt through it, or on mine I bent the pipe out to hold it.
