View Full Version : Clutch pedal issues when steering
Lowered the car at weekend, now when amd steering with the clutch down (like parking up), I can feel the pedal slightly knocking.
I am assuming a Track Rod Arms is now rubbing on the cable somewhere??
How much did you drop it? If the clutch cable is correctly routed it'll be by the chassis leg so nothing can "Rub" up against it whilst turning.
I'd say an engine mount is about dead.

Ah, would that cause the "rubbing/knocking" sensation too? Gearbox mount or dogleg?
TBF, the engine does rock a bit, so they probably shagged
Only lowered it 50mm or so, so not like its slammed on coilovers.
I shall order a new gearbox mount tonight
