A couple of people needed to go to the petrol station at oulton...after caning it round for most of the day. I'm deffo gonna need one :oops: :lol:

thing with angelsey its alot shorter so shouldnt use as much quite so quick but still proberly need more lol

It really depends on how much you are out on track. If your car is working well and your tyres and brakes are lasting (doubtful) then you will probably do more than a tank-full.

If your tyres start overheating which is very likely in the hot weather, then they will need time to cool down. Brakes shouldnt take too much of a pounding around Anglessey I dont think.

If you get more than 120 miles of track use in 1 day your doing very well. Even on full throttle 90% of the time the Clios should still do that just about. *

Oh crap...I get just over 100 miles with normal driving....should last me 60 miles or so on track surely?

The Shell optimax garge is about 8 miles away I'd guess according to this.

I end up using just over a tank on my last track day but I did stay out all the time. IUts about 11mpg I get so say a 9 gallons that about 100 miles.[/url]

I averaged 14 mpg in a 172 around Castle Combe. Williams should do slightly more...may be???

I think the 172 is more economical than the Willy engine though, even with sustained abuse on track. :?
