anyone know a company that makes these for the mk1? plenty of companies offer them for the mk2 (172etc)

i contacted mark fish as he used to race the mk1 clio, he said they had to use OE mounts, but he has some very robust units that will fit, however they are £150 + vat EACH!! :(

GDI/Omex can probably make you some, they have machining facilities at Omex HQ

ooh very interesting

i'm guessing the mk1 and mk1 strut tops are different diameters entirely? if they were close it might bejusta case of machining a set for the mk2 instead fo a whole new design?

on to my next question, if solid top mounts were available, who would be interested in buying a set?

just gauging if there is enough interest to make some enquiries :)

These are made for a 200SX.
The top of the pillar requires cutting, but it's not overly difficult. Most of the time was spent measeauring and indexing the drilled holes, so that you arent just bolting it on in a random place!
