£57 to fill up?
What.
The.
F***.
No wonder I never bloody fill it up usually - at least putting it in bit by bit feels less like you're getting bottom-raped :x
I'm cheap - £15 at time till I see the orange again.
Thats bad.
I'm really tempted to save for an LPG conversion once my mondeo gets paid off - will cut bills in half.
Isn't fuel due to go up again in 6 months or so?

LPG a cheap fuel option but heard a lot of bad press about how crap cars run on it a lot are running it 50/50 with petrol not sure whether its a particular system or not but its a lot of cash to pay out if its not particularly good
last time i went on a long jurney i was fillin up and got to 45 quid and thought **** puttin anymore in this is silly lol.
i just do 20 quid every friday now unless i go far,its just silly how much it cost now when i passed it was 80-90p that was around 3 years ago.

I normally only stick about £7 in - that'll get me about 40 miles... :?
Sometimes I have the light on for so long that I get used to it and almost forget to put some in before I run out! lol

Its gutting, but wot can be done about it, lets face it most of the money is tax by the goverment and its not as if there going to lose a bit of there cream off the top so to speak. Bollox to fuel economy i aint ever driving like a vicar. :x
My uncles looking into Hydrogen power, yes its awkward to run a car off pure hydrogen, but you can mix it in with the air/fuel and gain up to 40% in fuel economy... so im told!
