I've been caught doing 42 in a 30 im in my first 2 years, I've had a notice of intended prosecution Will i get banned or am i looking at 3 points and £60 fine. My license is clean up to Now.

Getting really worried as i need my license for work.

I'm hoping but 3 is bad enough, still got another 13month to go.. :(

Just have to stick to the speed Limit everywhere i go, also ordered a road angel off ebay

Yea the guys there are very knowledgeable on such things.

If it is a court appearance, get a letter from your work stating your need to be mobile and how it would threaten your job. When I got done for 148 mph I did that and was very humble and sorry, got away with a 28 day ban, massive fine and a telling off.

Nah not clio but scooby. No, it didnt hit papers lol. The top speed was 148 with their out of calbration gun, but they did a TOD test as well and I was 121.2 mph even though I saw them and slowed down to about 60.

They didn't bother chasing me, I pulled over and they came meandering by 5 minutes later. the cops were cool, they loved my car hehe.
