bit tappy

started car today for first time in a few weeks and it sounds really tappy, i get 6 bar oil pressure. is this just because its been stood?
also when the key is in the on possision a relay clicks every 30 sec or so is that sposed to happen or is it because ive ripped loads of wires out?

take it for a 30min+ drive and see how it is then

probably just the lifters have drained,should clear after driving for a bit
