Hi,
Well after a few months of searching, and 6 years(!) of owning a 1.4 RT, I have finally taken the plunge and upgraded to a Williams 3. My first impressions of it is that it is fookin fast and very responsive. It took me home in one piece (200 miles).
It has a packed folder of receipts and MOTs, no visible rust and is a joy to drive!
Currently sitting on 80K. Bought it for £2000 :)
Need to get rid of my RT now! Pictured below with my new Williams...my good ol' RT needs a wash though
Enjoy the pics...and let me know what you think!

Yep, nice and original...that's exactly how it's staying! (Well, I'm planning to change the side repeaters to clear ones but that's it).

Really? You got any pics? I always fancied the clears for some reason!

Great stuff mate!
Looks ****ing lovely.
Im more of a 16v fan than a willy fan but the feeling will be exactly the same for you as it was for me.
I remember the day I bought the 16v after owning a n RSi and after never being able to afford the insurance, finally the day came.
Went all the way to kettering for it, 400mile round trip and I had the biggest smile on my face ALL THE WAY HOME!!
Ive no doubt you feel exactly the same!!
Great work!
Now let the problems begin!!!
Haha! Worth every minute mate
Top one
Regular services and theyll go for ever!
Hope your not going to do too much modifying to it?

Yep, my day has come aswell :D
Trust me my smile could not be bigger - especially travelling late at night back south when you get bellends that want to race you in their Saxo's, Puma's, Peugeot's, etc on the motorway. I was thinking ok, haven't had this long but what the heck, let's see what this baby can do....then 5500 RPMs later and they look like a gnats cock in my rear view! 8)
No modifying for me mate. In fact, it was pretty upsetting for me when I saw the parcel shelf hacked with 6x9's! Covered it with a scarf...don't like the sight of them. Might add clear repeaters but other than that nothing. I even like the standard interior...I think a wash and wax every weekend or every other weekend is in order :)

Probably just my camera...it's not the best one ;)

I will get some interior and bay pics shortly :)
By the way, is this car lowered or are they made like this?? I need to inform my insurance company...
That looks really nice - I paid the same for mine a few weeks ago and that needed some cosmetic work which yours doesn't.
thats a pretty big step up..respect mate :D

Well...here are the pics. I tried to take another shot with the sun catching the car...There wasn't much sun today...the photos don't seem to do it any justice!
Oh and by the way, they are Williams seats, I have just put some old seat covers on to prevent any wear n tear...

Not a fan of the steering wheel - needs to be put back in black for me!
New gear knob would work a treat!
Think I'd rather have wear and tear than those seat covers.
