My Car Keeps Piddling Itself.....

hiya, my cars got a new trick i fill it with coolant and when i get back from work....its on the floor! amazing. anyway i took a pic of where its leaking does anyone know if that wheel can be tightened or something? or do i need a new radiator? OR and this is a big OR would cracking an egg in the bottle find its way to the leak and seal it? now dont be too quick to take the piss out of this idea as i've been told it might work. :P

hahaha dont crack an egg in the bottle that would be really stupid.
take the cap off or wheel as you put it (i take it you mean the black cap on the radiator in the top right of the pic) and get some ptfe plumbers tape from pretty much any diy shop and wrap it round the thread and screw it back in should sort it

I had a similar problem with my bleed screw - ended up changing the rad.
My bleed screw (plastic) had managed to destroy the thread in the rad itself :S not quite sure how...

I used some PTFE Tape wrapped around the thread on the plastic bleed screw and it worked a treat.
