Taxing a car

Need to get the clio insured this morning, for MOT this afternoon, was plannign on taxing it after the MOT, but suddenly dawned on me last night i won't have the insurance certificate for some time.

Any way around this so i can be driving her this weekend?

Ring up your insurer and get them to email you the certificate? HIC only ever emailed me stuff when I was with them a couple of years ago, nothing came through the post. Failing that, you could get day insurance off the internet and print off the certificate yourself.

They are emailing the certificate through to me :)
