Refurbing Badly Kerbed alloys.

Can Anyone do me a guide, or tell me where to find one?

Im wanting to refurb my Vauxhall alloys which are kerbed and also wanting to spray them gloss black, could people also recommended where to buy the best Gear to do this?

and exactly what i need.

Use soemthing like chemical metal to fill the kerb marks and sand and paint as usual
