I've got my new rsi to tax.
Can i get away with using the v5/2, mot and my insurance cert that DOESNT name the rsi but says i'm ok to drive other cars 3rd party?

no
depends if your name is on the V5.
my trade policy cert says "...any vehicle in the possesion of..." and so long as my name (or anybodies name who is also on my policy) is on the v5 or supplement, then its fine.

I believe the car you're driving on the Third Party clause on your insurance HAS to have insurance of its own.
But I can't prove this without doing some research - it's just wot I's heard on t'internet, like.
