ive never been below the line about the R

how far down can you go before its empty?

in my old r5t, the r gauge was at 9-10 o'clock iirc. on these gauges it appears to be below 9 o'clock

ive never seen my fuel warning light come on.

standard ecu I could just about get 16 miles on the light with a bit of fast driving in there.

With the gunner i'd imagine about 4 lol

I wouldn't worry at all until the light comes on. Even then you can get 40 miles out of it if you are in the middle of nowhere in Wales late at night with no sign of a garage for miles by driving very carefully.

The guage isnt very accurate.
I have had mine touching the top of the R a couple of times.

I was redline on the gas for ages with my mate in the car driving around the New Forest. I was desperate for fuel, in my old R5 Raider, and when we finally found a gas station, I saw another Raider! So we said 'Fuk It!' and chased after it at full chat for ages lol! I made it back to another station no problem, was prolly on fumes though...

The light can also be"funny" as it sometimes comes on earlier than others. Ive had it come on on the bottome line sometimes and then other times the needle has gone well onto the R before the light comes on. That is when i start panicking! lol
