Well that we know about anyway! 13.7@101, i think it'll be easily seeing 13.5's once the weather has chilled out a bit and i'm running less then half a tank of fuel.
Will be put to the test again at Santa Pod in July!

strange thing is, i have no idea how these clios pull pretty respectable times, yet the rest of the world cant.

A sx200 tuner was tellimg me how a good 200 qould pull under 14 with 300bhp........erm...yay :!:

I think the 1/4 mile time for a standard 200 sx S14 is around 14.4 seconds, with full trim and fuel payload.

Standard they have 197 BHP. Nice cars imo.

i hate them, see them all day long, nxt door does only S13's.

And i just cant get over how bad a state all of them are in, not fast, tuned poorly (i guess because they are bought by people with no budget), and generally blow up all day long......not impressed.

plus they look so rank

Mehdi, if I make it up to The Pod in July your welcome to try out the Yoko A048's for a run or two just to see how quick it'll really go with decent grip.

I'm as fascinated as everyone else to see just how quick this beast is.

rust buckets.

Well ive had 2 S12 Silvias and they were rusty. But for an 18 year old car they were pretty good. Mates had 2 S14 silvia (both non turbo imports with 4 wheel steer) and the handling was sublime on that car. I have driven alot of S13 and S14 Silvias and i think the S13 was better than the S12 but not ground breaking.

S14 Silvia, like it or not though, is a very good handling and fast car.

The best Silvia i drove was a 180 SX import. It was an auto, but was very quick.

You sound like someone who is very concerned with looks Stromba. If i wanted a car that looked pretty, it sure as hell wouldn't be a clio!
And for such an ugly **** you'd have thought there would be no obsession with looks. Maybe thats where the obsession comes from though?

LOL, well, this made my afternoon go very quickly at work, highly entertaining

Stromba's disappointing me though... he used to be semi funny when insulting people... we may see a return of "i know you are I said you are but what am I?" when things get seriously desperate... I mean how many times can you say brown coolant without a bite? lol

by the way, my coolant's brown and loves it... although on 2nd inspection it's the bottle... now I could buy a new one, but you dont see if when the bonnet is closed... which helps when driving believe me!

In all honesty, id rather 002 then any other number, as it is a bit special.
But hey ho, any williams is special

2 live
20-06-2005, 18:41
lmao...0002 special?????????

no more special than any other numbered williams imo..if any of them were special it would have to be no. 408...or the very last one off the production line.....jus cos its been thrashed on trade plates for 8 years doesnt make it special lol

J o n
20-06-2005, 18:49
0002 is a museum car, pointless to own as the miles are so low... i'd rather have a car i can use... hence why Rob bought 0200... but to be an elitist about it is fine, but there are far better Williams that that out there... mainly the 'improved' ones... handling or power wise i'd prefer a car that could be used and has it all. 0002 may have low miles and 0200 a rebuilt engine, but they would be too slow for me now having had cams.

2 live
20-06-2005, 18:53

no idea, all I can go off is what people tell me... but a car you dont or cant drive is useless to me... i'm not rich or pretending to be something i'm not, so I guess it makes no odds tho... lol
