I certainly wouldnt swap 0002 for a circa 20 grand car.

As for 0200, well, again no. Ive got to the point now where ive spent so much money on it, and bled so much sanding the ****ing rust off it, that its now staying my car until it dies.

I suppose it would be a quick fling with the V6, just not my cuppa tea atm.

Yep. However I'd probably have problems after all the Williams or V6 is only a second car since the William is such a hard ride I don't use it ever day. Having a V6 however my excuses of it being a better track day car would be irradicated and I'd probably end up selling the dci and buying another track day car.

I would swap definitely, but then I would also sell the V6 sharpish and use the money to buy something quick.

lol, if I had one I probably would. Thet're not quick, but I saw one drive through my village yesterday.... it literally stopped people in their tracks... Awesome looking car. I'd swap and then make the V6 fast...

I think youll find most of the population (circa 90%) that isnt into cars will think the V6 is just a body kitted Clio.

I showed my mum and dad a picture of one and they thought it looked like a normal Clio. Super car my ass.

Maybe they do. I haven't done a suvey on the whole population to find out. But if your parents say so, it must be true.

The first Vee I saw in the flesh was Wayne and Kathy's from CS, and I was gobsmacked at how much presence it had. I know it's a bit of a cliche, but it's true. If I was 13, I'd have a poster of one on my wall.

MkI V6, no way. MkII V6, without a doubt. Even if I couldn't sell it and bank the money, I'd still do it.

I've actually driven a MKII (a press car) and it was awesome. Sounded better than any F7R engine ever could (even on t/bs), and felt so great. Front end bobbing, engine howling just behind my head. Bumpy and twitchy, mad and bad, with a hand full of opposite lock for good measure.

Not amazingly fast on straights or corners, but then out right performance isn't what I look for in cars particularly.

Evo and Autocar seem to like it too. :D

ive driven a mk1 v6 and apart for the body shape and sound...no i wouldnt have one...nice cars like.

But it was the sound which impressed me the most. Steering was no way near as good as a williams.

i've got 4 mates with mk1 v6's and i've driven 2 of them, and i've gotta say, i think they're great.

But, i still wouldn't swap my Williams for one..... but thats only cos my girlf will hoepfully have a mk2 v6 this time next year

With 20+ K to spend on a car i would almost certainly be driving a Ferrari 348.

Hell i wouldn't even swap my RSi for a Clio v6, let alone a Williams....unless i had the vee, sold it and brought a Williams

i would because it is "newer" wont have any ****ing rust and will prob cost less to maintain lol. never driven one but id like a new car, id be swapping for the wrong reasons mind as i do actually prefer the williams shape.

actually **** that, i'd deffo swap it for my Williams... if I had a reliable one that was this fast then deffo not... but mines unreliable as ****... it wont be long before everything has been replaced... running out of excuses to warrent keeping it now.

I would. Just to try it. Then after 12 months I'd sell it on and try something else.
