arch dirt

at the weekend i had both wheels off and i went on a search and destroy mission of any inner arch and subframe rust, took off the arch liners to find this on both sides! on the drivers side i found my missing 10mil rachet soanner buried in the dirt that hand faalen down through the scuttle!. id advise anyone to dig this huge amount of dirt out lol

Arches are my main issue at the moment but I fear an expensive job... :(

Dug mine out as well not long ago. Sent some bones off I found in there to the History Museum...

hmmmm, and people wonder why they rust there..... Renault never learnt - it was the same weakness even in the original Renault 5....
