With std front discs I'd use OE for the rear and use either ebc green or redstuff all round or any other pads you've used and reckon are good
i use wilwood poly E pads in mine

had poly e on brembo max. didnt think they went well together.
i use mine with maxtorq grp N discs, and never had a problem with them on track, rarely use them it road so dont ever get them upto a decent temp tbh just on track
POLY E used here to, just got a spare set

Ferodo DS2500's are the daddies!!! I ran them on my old 306 GTi-6. They bite better from cold than warm OE pads!! (& they don't squeal either!!) Personally, I'd just buy some cheapo, plain/vented Brembo discs (or equivalents), as expensive drilled/grooved jobbies have a tendancy to crack!
