Is there a shorter aux belt i can use to stop using that ****ed pully? or eventually its just gonna snap off coz i cant seem to get an actual pully anyway + the powersteering isnt really needed much!

What do i use?

answered in other thread, you need to take the powersteering pump out and then remount the alternator using an R5 gtx or volvo 440 alternator bracket and an 800-810mm aux belt

I am using a longer 6pk1195 on mine. Where 1195 is the length in millimetres and 6pk is the number of ridges. I think a 6pk???? should do the trick for you. Just measure the length you need and fill in the ????.
